Dinah Fisher is a lifetime Alabama resident. She has three children and grandmother of five. Dinah was educated in the Birmingham Public School system, received a Bachelor of Science degree from Birmingham-Southern College (Business Management), a Master degree from Strayer University (Leadership), and a Doctorate of Juris Prudence from Miles Law School. Dinah has over 30 years of Federal civil service providing professional, caring and compassionate services to members of the public.
